Arrington Management Group is proud to partner with Franklin County High School’s Career Strategies with Internship Program. This initiative helps juniors and seniors develop essential skills and knowledge to successfully navigate their career paths.

Through our DQ Grill & Chill and Bojangles restaurants, we provide real-world work opportunities where students gain hands-on experience in customer service and food service operations. As they grow in tenure and experience, students can also explore business and leadership skills—all while earning credits toward their high school diploma.

FCHS Students must enroll in the Career Strategies Course with their Guidance Counselor, then secure employment.
