Franklin County High School's Career Strategies Internship Program
Arrington Management Group is proud to partner with Franklin County High School’s Career Strategies with Internship Program. This initiative helps juniors and seniors develop essential skills and knowledge to successfully navigate their career paths.
Through our DQ Grill & Chill and Bojangles restaurants, we provide real-world work opportunities where students gain hands-on experience in customer service and food service operations. As they grow in tenure and experience, students can also explore business and leadership skills—all while earning credits toward their high school diploma.
We’re excited to invest in the next generation of leaders and help them build a strong foundation for future success!
Step 1 - Select the DQ or Bojangles that you are interested in working. Go through the interview process, be selected to join our team.
Step 2 - Contact your FCHS Guidance Counselor and enroll in the upcoming years Career Strategies Course.
Step 3 - Start getting paid to work in a fast paced, fun work environment while earning credits toward your High School Diploma.
