Arrington Management Group Christmas Party

AMG held their Christmas Party at the Rocky Mount Bowling Center in Rocky Mount, VA this year. Arrington Management Group is so thankful for our TEAM and wanted to celebrate the season with them. Bowling with their team or making new friends was the goal and we consider the night to be a success. Many gifts were won as well as bragging rights for future bowling games to come. 

Dale Carnegie Graduates

The 8-week course provides you with the skills to tackle complex challenges, expand your ingenuity and excel in building team harmony. We at Arrington Management Group pride ourselves in providing all senior managers the tools to enhance both the mental change and the behavioral change needed to achieve their goals and affect performance changes within their team and beyond. Arrington Management Group has been sending its leaders to Dale Carnegie courses for 50 years.

​Annual Biscuit Maker Challenge is Here…..

The annual Biscuit Maker Challenge honors Bojangles’ original made-from-scratch buttermilk biscuit recipe still served today and celebrates its best biscuit makers.
No one does biscuits with such care and attention as Bojangles’. Baked with a carefully curated, 49-step process, Bojangles biscuits are made fresh in each store by a Biscuit Maker who has undergone rigorous instruction and training. Even the most passionate Bojangles’ customers are unlikely to know about the hard work and precision that goes into baking the perfect Bojangles biscuit.
Over the past 2 weeks, we at Arrington Management Group compiled our biscuit makers for this challenge and awarded winners at each of our locations. Once we awarded winners from each location those 3 winners competed to see who would go to the 2023 Bojangles Biscuit Maker Challenge in Charlotte, NC. Congratulations to Stacey Adey from our Market Place Bojangles in Rocky Mount, VA. Stacey will be representing Arrington Management Group as she progresses to the Regional Biscuit Maker Challenge. The finals will be held in March for a Grand Prize of $1,000 plus a Champion Trophy. Good Luck to Stacey as she progresses through the competition.

Round Up Campaign a Success!

Dairy Queen partnered with Children's Miracle Network in a Round Up Campaign for 2022. During this campaign each customer was asked to round their order up to the nearest dollar and that change was then donated to Children's Miracle Network. Our Community and Team Members really stepped up to the challenge all year long and was able to raise over $60,000 to help our children.
